Returns & Exchanges

 Here at MSPCB I want every buyer to be satisfied with their experience. Sometimes things come up & if an issue does arise, please contact me so I may have the opportunity to address & resolve the issue for you. Below is a list of guidelines that I typically go by, but sometimes there are exceptions to the rule/policy.

★There are no returns DUE TO SIZE AND/OR COLOR ERROR (pictures can show different colors due to screen settings) please check with me if you are unsure about a color or size. I am always happy to answer questions and clarify the details of each item available in my shop. 
⭐️CUSTOM MADE ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE⭐️ This is not limited to custom listings made with multiple items, changing colors or elements of a design or adding a name to the design.

★If there has been an error made by MSPCB (since sometimes things happen) I am happy to correct the mistake or exchange for the correct item. 
If a REFUND or EXCHANGE is agreed upon, the item(s) must be shipped back withing 7 days of receiving the order (this is for sanitary purposes) and you must provide me with the tracking number for the package. Please include the order number and your name that is on the invoice when shipping back. ALL SHIPPING charges will be handled by the buyer unless the return is due to an error by MSPCB. I do not refund ANY shipping charges at any time. 

⭐️There are no return/refunds for buyer's remorse. This includes not making sure what you have purchased is what you wanted, not wanting the item anymore, found something else or not arriving in time for your occasion due to not reading the ★PROCESSING & SHIPPING★ time of your order,etc.. If you have any questions about what you are purchasing, I am always happy to answer any you may have.
